*Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Run For Hope 2024 Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) organised by the RUN FOR HOPE 2024 Organiser (“Organiser”).
2. By registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.
3. The decisions of the Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive, and binding. The Organiser shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
4. The Organiser reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Lucky Draw, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
5. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organiser of this Lucky Draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Shell for any losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility

7. The Lucky Draw is open to registered participants of Run For Hope 2024's 5km and 10km categories who have provided complete and accurate information in the prescribed format during registration. ("Participants"; each a "Participant")
8. Attendance and completion of the run on November 17, 2024, are not prerequisites for participation in the Lucky Draw. This initiative focuses solely on contribution tabulation on the leaderboard page here.

Prize

9. To enter the Grand Prize draw, participants must rank among the top 10 contributors on the Individual Leaderboard.
10. To be eligible for the 2nd to 35th prizes, participants must make a minimum contribution of SGD 100.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item of a similar value.
12. A winner who does not respond to the Notification Email within one (1) month from the date of the Notification Email may see their Prize forfeited, withdrawn, or given to beneficiaries at the sole and absolute discretion of Run For Hope. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture.
13. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from the Organiser.
14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly.
15. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants acknowledge and accept that the use of each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant providing the Prize.
16. The winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.
17. The participant's Race Bib number will be utilized for lucky draw purposes. Upon selection of a winning Race Bib number, it will be disqualified from further draws.
18. The Organiser will notify the winners via the email address submitted at the point of registration for the Lucky Draw within fourteen (14) working days from the Draw Date (the "Notification Email "). The organiser shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to contact and notify the prize winners.
19. The Notification Email will set out the procedure for prize redemption. The Organiser will agree with the Winner on a date to redeem the Prize. Personal identification (NRIC or passport) with details matching the Participant’s personal identification details in the winning Lucky Draw Participation form must be presented to the authorized organiser’s representative. If a Winner fails to produce the required personal identification documents, his/her respective prize will be forfeited (without any liability on the part of the organiser to any person).

Qualifying Period

20. The contribution link remains accessible until 11:59 pm on December 31, 2024.
21. The Lucky Draw is open to Participants residing in Singapore only.
22. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 6 January 2025 (the "Draw Date") and the winners will be announced and published on 15 January 2025 via the RunForHopeSG Facebook page.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw Period.

Use of Personal Information

24. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented to:
    1. the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the Organiser of Run For Hope 2024 for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and
    2. receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from Organiser of Run For Hope 2024 from time to time.
